1)  Arrive 10-15 minutes early to class: Make sure you arrive early to give yourself enough time to get on the mat.

2)  Personal hygiene: Martial Arts are contact sports. Those who do not observe basic hygiene will be politely asked to leave.

3)  No shoes on the mat.

4)  No jewelry or beauty accessories on the mat: These can seriously injure someone including yourself. Please make sure to take off everything besides what is required.

5)  No eating or drinking on the mat.

6)  No fighting or horse-playing on the mat: Safety is paramount, and what might at first seem innocent can lead to dangerous situations.
